Tracey Gentili is an Online Business Manager and owner of Beyond the Office. With over 20 years of executive administrative experience, together with a team of Virtual Assistants, Tracey has the unique ability to integrate the expertise of executive administration with an entrepreneurial twist, foreseeing needs and implementing processes essential in managing time and increasing the bottom line.

Expanding on the extensive training gained in her corporate experience, Tracey has strived to continually expand her education including obtaining her DISC certification. This certification allows Tracey to draw upon her knowledge of personal behaviour styles and apply them to corporate experiences, a valuable skill to offer those that she partners with. Beyond the walls of the corporate environment Tracey enjoys partnering with clients, advising on strategies and implementing processes that enable growth and profitability.
